Summary: There is approx. 4000 acres of rolling hills and flats with 2 large draws. There is water, electricity, on the property. The land has not been hunted in 2 years. A few blinds the property owner has on the lease may be used. Several feed pen already up. This lease can take 6 guns during deer season. Lease has a approx 1 Buck to 2 does ratio. Along with this lease you can kill Fall and Spring Dove, Quail, Fall and Spring Turkey, 6 mature bucks 2 of 6 may be Mature Mule deer bucks if seen only in season.
