Okay. So, it was about 5:40 starting to get dark when this monster walked out at about 200 yards away. Caught my smell and took off. Stopped about 50 yards and looked back. Got smacked right inbetween the eyes with my .223. When i got over there to him he was still alive and kickin. Had to shoot him again in the head, that time blood got all over me. I would say a succesful hunt wouldn't you? :)

This MONSTER 450 pound Wild Hog was shot by 12 year old Alan Mitchell with .357 magnum.  That didn't quite do it so he finished off the big pig with his .30-06.  Way to go Alan!

Not bad for a 7! Scored 145.5 and field dressed at 112.5lbs.  A big boy that I saw last year but had a broken left beam.  Too bad he was only a 7, a monster cull buck.
