West Texas is dry---be carefull

Summary: Got an e-mail from Charlie today. He and Carl went to the lease last weekend and we have lost about 20 acres due to FIRE. Seems the fire started from the road and spread, we were lucky though, if the wind had been blowin stronger from the south we could have lost it all. Please people be carefull.
