Texas Game Warden Killed in Line of Duty

Summary: Texas Game Warden Michael Charles Pauling, 47, was killed here in the line of duty at about 12:20 a.m. today. Dennis Mouton III, 33, of Port Arthur, is in the Jefferson County Correctional facility after being arraigned earlier today on capital murder charges.

750 Tons of Venison Feeds Six Million Servings

Summary: During the last four years FHFH and its affiliate and partnered states were responsible for the processing of 750 TONS (6,000,000 servings) of high protein venison for churches and soup kitchens throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. “That’s enough meat to feed our nation’s capitol for nearly two weeks,” stated C.J. Winand, FHFH National Promotions Director.

New Hunting, Fishing Licenses on Sale Aug. 15
