how much a gun? water and electric for trailers? maybe  some pics of last years kills.

Did a lease near pandale last season and it was so bad we had more deer in a lot next to my Krogers store. Really

I have  4 guys in my group, but willing to buy extra spots, so we can have lease to ourselfs. Prefer a year round lease no more than 3.5 hours any direction from Austin, tx. Water and electricity a plus, cabin is a plus but not a deal breaker. We would like the lease to be at least 800 acres or more depending on terrian. Budget simply depends on location, and amenities; realisticly not wanting to pay more than $2500 a gun. We are willing to follow any and all rules and are easy to work with.

Mosin 7.62x54R is a great rifle caliber for almost all large game animanls.... I and my sons have hunted with and taken whitetail and Axis deer with Mosin 7.62x54R in 205grain soft point ammo.It does kick like a mule though...This is close to our American 30-06 cal.If you shoot iron sights....aim 5 to 6 inches below your point of aim.you should be dead on at 50 to 100 yards with this aim.Make sure you shoot it in at your local rifle range to know how it shoots and you know your gun you shoot..The safety or what there is of one...is not to be trusted..so do not place a round in the chamber until you are sure of your target and ready to fire..Also..make sure what you shoot at the rifle range is the same ammo as you use for hunting..different ammo brads will all shoot different..with iron sights and scopes..Very accurate rifle!!This is a great hunting rifle and can be for you too.Hope this helps..

Need another gun. I'm looking for a lease down here in south Texas 

i have been hunting in the same spot for a couple years on about 500 acres, last year next to are lease they started putting up a high fence right at the beginning of bow season and completed by gun season. we where dreading the gun hunt season thinking they locked up all the deer, but susprising we saw more deer than usuall. the deer turn the high fence into a road path to follow, we saw deer walking the fence ever time we pulled into the pasture. so for us its enhanced our huntting by watching them walk the fence, then coming into are feeders.

Yes thieves can be verry dangerous at times , I had a poacher on me lease at circle lake in pinehurst about 25 years ago that pulled a gun on me & said he would hunt the damed land anytime he wants, called the sheriff & he said he thinks he knew who it was but couldnt do anything. Be Careful with them out there.

 P.S. what part of Magnolia do you hunt in , I live off 1488 between Magnolia & Fieldstore.

i have the remington 870, i bought this gun thinking i was going geese hunting a few yrs ago, never made it yet. I have used it a few times for turkey, it wrks awesome.
