Bass Pro Shops is excited to announce improvements to their Bass Pro Shops Pro Tour Fishing Team Incentive program for 2012.

Reel Recovery, a national non-profit organization serving men with cancer, will be conducting a Texas Fly Fishing Retreat for Men with Cancer at Joshua Creek Ranch in Boerne, Texas. The Retreat will be held November 6-8, 2011 and will serve men from the area who are in treatment for, or recovery from all forms of cancer.

National Guard FLW College Fishing is headed to Toledo Bend March 19 for the third of four stops in the Texas Division. Forty college teams will be competing for a top award of $10,000 to be split between the school and bass fishing club; $7,500 for bass club and $2,500 for their school.

Fifty of the best professional bass fishermen in the country will attack Lake Ray Hubbard in April in the inaugural Bass Pro Shops PAA All Star Series tournament.

The EverStart Series is headed to Choke Canyon January 20-22 for the first of four stops in the Texas Division. As many as 300 pros and co-anglers will be competing for top awards up to $35,000 plus a Ranger boat with an Evinrude or Mercury outboard for the pro and a Ranger boat with an Evinrude or Mercury outboard plus $5,000 for the co-angler.
