The Texas Wildlife Association Foundation and San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc. announce the opportunity for two deserving area teachers to be recognized for their contributions and earn a financial award for their school in the amount of $2,500.

Kids & Clays benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities would like to thank all of the people who participated in the 2009 National Drawing. Tickets were sold beginning at the SHOT Show in Orlando last January, at many of the Ronald McDonald House Sporting Clay events, and culminated at the National Sporting Clays Event in San Antonio on November 1, 2009 where the winning tickets were drawn.

The Texas Wildlife Association has reaffirmed the ownership of groundwater by landowners as a vested real property right and has proclaimed its support for the local regulatory approach to groundwater management that recognizes groundwater as a property right.

As part of the 2009 Toyota Texas Bass Classic (TTBC), members of the Professional Anglers Association (PAA) will be joined by some special guests from the C.A.S.T for Kids Foundation and their Houston, TX Chapter. Together the groups will host a once in a lifetime opportunity for disabled and disadvantaged children at this year’s TTBC, allowing the children to fish Lake Conroe with some of the nation’s top anglers.

The second of three Bassmaster Central Open tournaments this season, the September 3-5 Open event on Sam Rayburn Reservoir out of Jasper, Texas, will be decisive for quite a few anglers.
