Search Results:Name That Bird
Summary:
During our second day of flyfishing on the Connecticut River in New Hampshire, I was taking a break on a rock when I spotted this flock of birds working their way upstream. Can anyone identify them? I have some good video of them (which I'll post later) and would sure like to know what they were. The birds gathered together and watched us for about 10 minutes, getting closer and closer, until they finally decided it was safe to swim between us and further up the river. Pretty interesting behavior to watch. This Bird Loves Cheetos
Summary:
While at Yellowstone last year, we were taking a break from fly fishing and eating lunch at a picnic table. This friggin' bird has absolutely ZERO problem landing on the table and flying off with my Cheetos. (I have some video somewhere I need to post because it's hilarious.)

Summary: There was a bow fishing tourney coming up at Medina Lake, so we did a little scouting. I let our oldest son take my place on the boat in the tourney since it was for 3 people, and they won biggest 5. Pictured is the youngest son Mat. He's a guide for our bow fishing service, and one of the best shooters I've seen. Bow fishing sure is a hoot!
