We are a family owned ranch and we provide hog, deer, and bird hunts.  We are located on the trinity river in leon county.  Our ranch includes row crop land, woods, and brush.  Not only are right on the banks of the Trinity River but our ranch also has two creeks runing through it great for fishing. 

Weekend hog hunts: [FRi.eve-Sunday] 250.00 per person without meals or 300.00 per person with meals. Rams 300.00. Goats 250.00.  Combo hunt, 1 ram, 1 goat, 1 hog up to 125 lbs  500.00 per person.  All hunts include lodging in our air-conditioned/heated cabin, satellite tv, hot showers, stands, and guides. We also have cards, dominoes, horseshoes, washers, a big fire pit and lots of shade trees. You will have a good time and shoot some animals at our ranch. I guarantee it!!!

Our 5000 acre ranch is located in Deep South Texas, where the country is big and the bucks are bigger. The ranch is high fenced and intensely managed with supplemental feeding. With the buck to doe ratio 1/1.75 you can expect to see countless numbers of bucks. The deer here are native South Texas and are 100% wild. The abundance of cactus, mesquite trees, quajillo and white and black brush provides cover, as well as a great protein source, from where your buck of a lifetime may step out at any moment. During all hunts you will be accompanied by one of our many experienced guides.

Broken Spur Whitetails is a hunting and fishing guide service based in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Broken Spur Ranch in Kerrville, Texas, is our home and main ranch. It is a 417 acre high fenced ranch loaded with whitetails and exotics along with a 7,000 sq. ft. Hacienda Style home.  Our Lodging here at the Broken Spur Ranch is top notch all the way. All Hunts Include:

• Two to Three day hunts. Professionally guided morning and evening hunts each day.

Located approximately 45 minutes northwest of San Antonio, between Boerne and Kerrville, we are a full-service, 1200-acre ranch specializing in upland gamebird wingshooting for quail, pheasant, chukar, and Hungarian partridge, October through March.  We also offer a world class Sporting Clays course year-round for the shooting enthusiast. 

We also offer year-round hunting for Axis deer, as well as Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, and dove in season.  And, we stock beautiful, spring-fed Joshua Creek with 10-inch to 14-inch Rainbow Trout for catch-and-release fly fishing!

In addition, 350 acres have been set aside for exotic animals, including Axis Deer, Aoudad Sheep, Blackbuck Antelope, Fallow Deer, Scimitar Horned Oryx, Wildebeest, and Elk.

Ranch facilities include a ranch house along with a 4 bedroom, 2 bath lodge overlooking a 2 acre fishing lake, a lighted rifle range, large patio with campfire ring and BBQ pit.

2 Diamond W Ranches caters to families wishing to seek a quality outdoor experience. We specialize in white-tails in Throckmorton County, Texas. We utilize senderos among heavy cover in order to maximize the wildlife our hunters view.  All of our properties have tripods located near wheat fields, feeders, and bedding ares.  During the rut our hunters enjoy walking and rattling for big bucks.  For our bowhunters, we have ground blinds and tripods along established travel paths. We begin our white-tail hunts in October with bow season and continue white-tail hunting through the end of rifle season in January.  We also offer hunts during the October and January Youth Only weekends.  Outside of white-tail deer, we offer year round hog and varmint hunts, fall dove hunts over sunflower fields, fall and winter duck hunts, and spring turkey hunts.  We also provide quail leasing opportunities.

We have about 40-50 acres of sunflower fields. We can accomodate up to 25 people for hunting. Our hunts will be mostly on the wekends through the third weekend in Oct. We have a 4500sqft 5 star lodge that was just remodled with Flat sceen T.V's, pool table, poker table, sat. t.v., Wi-Fi connection, and shuffle board. The lodge can sleep 6 people. We have manicured the field so getting throught them will be easy. You can bring your R.V.'s and travel trailers. Catch and Release bass fishing is included.
