Speckled Trout & Redfish Guide Rockport Texas
Captain Coufal began his fishing career fishing East and West bays in Matagorda Texas. This is where he had the opportunity to study fishing patterns throughout the years and hone his skills. He then had the opportunity to fish Rockport Texas and was instantly attracted to the vast bay systems that the area had to offer. The unique variety ranging from the deep shell reefs of San Antonio bay, the abundance of back lakes, to the always fish-able grass bottom of Estes flats, made for an easy decision to make Rockport his home. Rockport definitely provides the best opportunity for consistent fishing year-round than anywhere else on the Texas coast. Fishing styles Captain Coufal will always work hard to ensure that your outing will be a memorable one. He can accommodate all styles of fishing ranging from: wading with artificial lures, drifting with live bait, or anchoring up to ambush schooling redfish. Texas Offshore Adventures

Summary:
I'm Captain Joe Mendez U.S. Coast Guard licensed full time professional fishing guide in Corpus Christi, Rockport and Port Aransas Texas. Guiding in South Texas for 20 years, I am experienced and knowledgeable in fishing the waters of Baffin Bay, Land Cut, Nine Mile Hole and the Laguna Madre with lures, fly and live bait. Spend a day fishing on the shallow water flats and you will be hooked. Saltwater fishermen and freshwater fishermen are coming down from all over to fish the waters of the Laguna Madre, Baffin Bay, Land Cut, Nine Mile Hole and Corpus Christi Bay. Baffin Bay alone has earned the reputation as the greatest trophy trout spot on the entire Texas Gulf Coast by producing the last two state record trout. For sight casting to big schools of tailing redfish there is no better place than Nine Mole Hole. The weather in Corpus Christi is great year round, and the big trout and redfish are always ready to bite. Fish'N Addiction Guide Service

"Hello, I am Capt. Jay Nichols, and I would like to invite you on a fishing trip to remember. We target Trophy Trout and Trophy Redfish. When we fill your limit I won't take you back to the dock after just a couple of hours (unless you desire). We will look for various species to complete your day! Soon the Tarpon and Bull Reds will be running, along with the multitude of other aquatic creatures. Let's Catch Some Fish!" I grew up fishing the waters of Galveston & Matagorda Bays until the age of 14, and I don't mean every once in a while, we were there every weekend, and if not there we were at Lake Conroe or Livingston (My grandfather loved the salt and my father was a bass tournament fisherman, which I fell straight in line with in both instances). My family then moved to South Texas where I discovered the slightly stained, but so often gin clear waters that I fell in love with. These waters make sight fishing such an intense joy, trying to teach clients to cast right in the soft edge of the murky stained drain, or to look for the bait fish under the water when you cannot find them on the top, and most of all let the fish set the hook, don't try to rip their lips off they are not all Tarpon! I have been lucky enough to win several (bass) tournaments, and have caught some great fish, and the knowledge that I have acquired I try to install through instruction and discussion in my customers so that it may help them on their own outings. I hold a degree in Wildlife Management, am a freelance writer and photographer, and on occasion will speak at a seminar on saltwater fishing or wildlife management. I am sponsored by Falcon Graphite Rods, Costa Del Mar Sunglasses, Saltwater Assassins, Travis Marine/Kenner Boats, and Costal Propeller & Services of Corpus Christi. I believe in giving people all that I can for their money, If they fill their limit in the first hour we will still fish until they are tired, I don't quit and take them back to the dock unless they want to. I fish by anchored boat, drift fishing, and wade fishing, however you like it. Pat Hunt's FIshing Guide Service
Summary:
Born and raised in the Coastal Bend, I started fishing Corpus Christi and the surrounding bays in the early 1950's. In the 1980's, I fished for my own pleasure and entered as many fishing tournaments as possible. In 1992, under the urging of Captain "Redfish" Wally Mayer, I got my Coast Guard License and began to guide fish the spots I had kept somewhat secret for several years. I spent 27 years in the classroom and coached girls basketball. My penchant for winning (four trips to the final four in Austin, 567 wins) and teaching makes me an excellent choice for the novice fisherman, for the family, and for the seasoned veteran. Having been around young people all my life, I enjoy helping them learn the lessons and enjoy the experience of a great day on the water. On your next trip to the Coastal Bend, please consider giving me a call. I am a full time guide with the patience, understanding and knowledge to help you and yours have a memorable day on the water. 109 results found Next Page >Showing results 1 through 10
