Doctor Zielinski began fishing these waters in 1973. In an effort to learn more about the area and to catch more fish, he entered the University of Texas and finished with a doctorate in Biology and Science Education.

After academic pursuits and 17 years of guiding Lake Ontario and the Niagara River for trophy trout and salmon, he returns to his beloved Texas Coast.

Masters Captain Chad Hartman runs Galveston Offshore Fishing Charters and Galveston Jetty Fishing Trips out of Galveston Bay Texas. Capt.
