We are located in Pineland, Texas. We have numerous creeks and in some areas the creeks open up to small ponds or tanks, ravines, pines, oaks, wooden areas, and clear-cuts.

We are a family oriented MLD level 3 deer lease that is game managed for Trophy Bucks and large breed deer.

The benefits to you are;

*Your immediate family can all hunt on our lease under your membership for a mere $1,200 a year.  Utilities are available for an additional fee; however you can use generators on our lease as well if you do not want electricity.  Water is available to all members year round.  This past year we dropped 34 deer within two weeks.  You can immediately put out game cameras on our lease to see all the deer that will come into your area. 

The extra benefit to our lease is that you camp out during the summer go over to Lake Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend.

Hello, this is Captain Terry. I would like to tell you a little about the hunting and fishing on our ranch located along Coleto Creek.

The ranch is located in DeWitt county, about 25 miles west of Victoria, 20 miles north of Goliad, 20 miles south of Cuero, and 15 miles east of Yorktown. Most of the 1300-acre ranch has been in the family for over 100 years.

Coleto Creek is a continuously flowing creek which runs through the middle of the ranch. It is a clear water creek full of Bass and Catfish. The creek attracts all kinds of wildlife---deer, trukey, hog, squrrel, dove, along with all sorts of predators such as bobcats, coyotes, and fox.

We are very secluded with little traffic noise, located away from major highways. If you are looking for peace and quite, we are your destination. We also have four stock tanks, one which covers over 5 acres when full. These stock tanks also attract much wildlife.

Very little hunting is done by our neighbors to the east and south, and no hunting to the north and west.

We have two cabins available for overnight guests. One is just right for two people. With a full-size bed and a single rollaway bed; including a kitchen, shower, picnic table and grill. The other cabin sleeps 13 comfortably. It also includes full bathroom, kitchen, grill, and tables, with the lodge only steps away. Grill and table provided.

Hunting lodge is 600 sq. ft. with cedar walls, tile floors, restroom, television and pool table which is accessible to all hunters.

Helicopter hunts will start at $1500, This will include a ground person 30 minute training course in air guide and entire hunt! We have hunt over 40,000 acres total! 100acres high fenced!
