Summary: This 248 acre ranch is located in Jim Wells County. It has lots of wildlife available. Their is deer, dove, quail, hogs, javelinas and some bobcats. Three blinds and three feeders are in place already. Two Protein feeders are available as well. We have been feeding throughout the year. A food plot was recently planted. This is a managed ranch. ----- No housing is available. Lodging and Resturants and Shopping places are only 10 minutes from the ranch. This ranch is adjacent to "Lake Findley" and fishing could be an extra idea.So why not just pack the rods and reels as well. Need 10 guns $900 per gun/season. ----- The Caceria Ranch is a 160 acre property (1/2 mile square) NOT fenced and is made up of gentle rolling hills, playas and dry draws that feed the Pecos River after a heavy downpour. Thus making this a perfect habitat, hiding place and hunting ground for white tail deer, mule deer, quail, dove, javelina, rabbit and varmits (coyotes, fox, bobcat). It is abutted with 280 acres of property non-fenced. Thus making it easy to find your kill if it should run. This has been an unusual rainy year and it has made all the vegetation very beautiful and green. Perfect for the animals to feast on. A road is being planned to be grated directly up the fence line soon. For now four wheel vehicles are highly recommended. You may bring your own deer blind and feeder if you like. ----- The surrounding areas provide fishing and boating at nearby Pecos River and Red Bluff Reservoir.
