I have several spots open on an annual hunting and fishing lease.  This 7500 acre ranch has tremendous frontage on Lake Amistad.  The property is approximately 20 miles north of Del Rio, Texas and is on the Northeast side of the lake.  There are whitetail, quail, dove, turkey and some Aoudad on the ranch.  The ranch has water throughout not to mention the lake frontage which combine keep the game present!  There are two cabins with electric and water.  Two marinas nearby with boat ramps.  This is truly a outdoorsman paradise!!

We have one, more than likely two spots available for next year.  Guests allowed, they hunt off of your tags.  Cabin available but still needs a little work.  Water and electricity.  Limited Pecos river access.  All game as well as fishing allowed.  Year round access.  One 8 or better, one cull and one doe allowed.

First year on lease.  One member needed to fill 5 member lease.  Limited access to Pecos river, fishing allowed.  One 8 or bettter, one cull one doe allowed per member.  Guests hunt off your tags.  Lease is year to year but should be long term without any issues.  Rock cabin that will need work to be in comfortable condition.  EVERYONE is expected to pitch in with lease upkeep, feeding and maintenance.  2000 dollars will cover lease fee and feed bill.  No individual stands, anyone can hunt anywhere...first come first serve.  5 stands and feeders at location but not set out yet.  Would like to try to feed protein this year if funds are available.
