  Here at Coastal Safaris we offer a wide spectrum of fishing adventures ranging from fishing in eight inches of water for trout and redfish, to fishing in two hundred feet of water for king fish and snapper. 

Offshore Fishing
 
  Offshore we currently run two thirty foot Makos which can accommodate up to six passengers each.  We offer multiple boat trips which gives you the opportunity to invite more of your friends, family, or co-workers.

Bay Fishing

  Inshore we currently run a twenty five foot Majek Redfish Line and a twenty five foot Shoalwater which can accommodate up to five passengers each.  We offer trips to the jetties and surf as well as wade fishing and drift fishing trips from West Matagorda Bay to San Antonio Bay using live and artificial baits.

Welcome to our brand-new 10,000 sq foot lodge. The lodge is nestled on 2.1 acres overlooking San Antonio Bay and has a 21,000 sq foot parking lot, 2500 sq foot wrap around deck, and an amazing outdoor kitchen with fire ring, both built with Austin rock. The lodge sleeps up to 29 guests. The lodge offers 8 full time fishing and waterfowl guides, a full time cook, wait staff, and daily housekeeping.  

While attending to the special needs of small private groups is a given, we consider corporate groups a specialty. The hunting and fishing lodge is the ultimate location for off-site meetings and team building. The staff at the lodge provides the perfect backdrop for combining business and pleasure. Fishhooks Adventures is a full service fishing and hunting outfitter.  Captain Steve Nixon has been fishing and hunting south Texas for over 30 years.  Steve is a United States Coast Guard Captain and a licensed Texas Parks and Wildlife All Water Guide.  

Capt. Steve fishes Matgorda Bay, Espiritu Santo Bay, San Antonio Bay and the back lakes of these bays.  He will cater to all anglers - from Corporate to just some friends going fishing.  Fish in comfort from a 22' Mosca Tunnel V Bay Radier with a 150 HP Yamaha,.

Fishing from a comfortable 36' Chris Craft Commander - We furnish everything:  Rods, Reels, Bait and Tackle.  And at the end of the day we even clean the fish.  All you need to bring is your food, drinks and an ice chest to carry home your catch.   An ice chest is furnished for your drinks while on board.
