Summary:

Deer hunts will be conducted on five ranches located in Colorado, Dewitt, Goliad, Gonzales, and Lavaca Counties, near the towns of Columbus, Cuero, Berclair, Gonzales, and Sheridan.  All ranches are Level 2 or 3 MLDP so hunts are available October through February.  I scout all summer and fall and will put you in the ranch that gives you the best opportunity to meet your hunting needs. 
 
Excellent full service lodging facilities are available.  We have nine bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and satellite television. Outside you can enjoy the campfire, horseshoe pitching, fishing (bass and catfish), and a rifle range.  There is internet access with a wireless router if needed.  We will strive to make your hunt a success whether you come as a single hunter or a large group.

This is a very unique opportunity.  This ranch is located 50 miles southwest of Ozona, Texas on the Pecos River.  It has only been commercially hunted for the last 6 years and has been in existence since 1916.  It is a very scenic and remote / private location.  The ranch has large hills, 5 miles of river, live oak trees, trophy gobblers, and 150 class whitetail deer.  There is no livestock on the ranch, and it's surrounded by 22 sections that have never been commercially hunted.  There is no through traffic because we are the last ranch on the county road.  We are looking to lease to a group of family oriented, responsible, respectful men.  The lease will include whitetail deer and turkey hunting.  We would also consider leasing spring turkey and fishing for an additional price.
