Terrain offers high bluffs, heavy mesquite cover, large trees along a seasonal creek, and good roads throughout. This is an annual lease with full access year round. Guests are allowed but they shoot from your tags (1 buck, 2 doe county). A B&C book deer was taken on this property. Borders the 18,000 Travis County school land on the west side and borders larges private ranch on the east and north. This land will not be leased to other quail hunters and quail rights are not included. Looking for a group to lease it all.
