Deep Creek Hunting Ranch consists of 6,000 acres of prime wheat fields and rolling mesquite pastures. Spread out among the various properties are 31 stock tanks with bass, perch and catfish.

ANNUAL LEASES are available each year for parts of the ranch. If annual leases are full for this year, day hunting and lodging is still open.

The majority of our hunting acreage is in an area near the Brazos River. The countryside consists of rolling hills with large, thick mesquites, prickley pear and scattered fields of cultivation; creating the perfect habitat for elusive trophy white tail deer, Rio Grande turkey, Bob White quail and wild hog. Many ducks migrate into our area stock tanks (ponds) each winter. Bring a camera, fishing rod, bow or gun and enjoy the peaceful relaxing beauty of the countryside and nature.

700 Springs Ranch offers over 5 ½ miles of river frontage and 13,000 acres of prime habitat, making the turkey hunting fantastic. Many hunters hear so many birds, they end up packing a lunch and hunting all day. The turkey packages include three days of hunting, two (2) gobblers, and every amenity possible. Exotic hunting and fishing are also great added bonuses to hunting during the spring season.

All turkey hunts at Pfluger Ranches are 2 ½ days of hunting with three nights food and lodging. All hunts are semi-guided; meaning that hunters will be put in a productive area of the field by a guide, but they hunt by themselves or with a friend. We will provide some of the best hunting in the state with resort style accommodations and food prepared by a ranch chef to ensure your hunt will be one you never forget.

Shot guns and bows are the only weapons permitted to hunt turkey. (No pistols or rifles please) Make sure that only 4,5, or 6 shot is used for shot guns and turkey broad heads for bows. Other gear needed might include a camera, flashlight, multiple calls, binoculars, snake leggings, tick spray and good boots.

Maverick County Deer lease with 975 free-range acres includes Trophy Deer, dove, quail, hogs, turkey javelina, duck and predators.  Bordered by 25,000 acres and offers a 4,500 sq ft fully furnished lodge.  Also available are 3 bass lakes for fishing and hunting ducks.  Year round access.  Provides great company entertainment.  More acreage possible.  Call for more information.
