I try to maintain water and supplements for the deer at all times. That blind you see at the top of the hill is for taking videos or pictures. I call that clearing I made in the foreground the "dance floor". You should see the bucks and does work this area during the rut. It is awesome. Bucks look like cutting horses when they are working a doe. That is my Partner in Crime, Bandit checking the water level at the trough. I can always depend on him to make a trip to the ranch with me.

results of a hunting trip to my great grandpa's property in breckenridge tx. the buck is pretty nice, and old. the doe i shot ten minutes before dark. the buck had been taken not even five minutes before that at another part of the land.
