The crew was fantastic, but our initial trip was cancelled and rescheduled due to lack of interest. That's all well and good, but upon rescheduling us, we should have been offered and received the same price of our initial booking. My phone calls and email were completely ignored and we never recovered our $90. I can't be too hard on them because they are going out of business, but a reply from the manager would have been nice or should I say satisfying. I am dissatisfied with their business practices.
