Search Results:Texas Drought Kills Hundreds of Fish
Summary:
There have not been a shortage of fish killed by the Texas drought this summer, and now there are 124,000 more fish added to the death toll from one of the state's most popular bass reservoirs. Biologist's estimates that only 1 percent of the dead fish were game fish, but gizzard shad, bluegill, white bass, freshwater drum, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and white crappie all were victims to the heat.
