Being at this Texas hunting ranch is both breathtaking as well as relaxing and rejuvenating. It is almost impossible to imagine you are just a few miles off the beaten path as it is quiet, serene and beautiful.

Perfect 10 Whitetail Ranch is a completely high fenced Texas hunting ranch property that has been under game management since 1998, ensuring that the stock on the ranch is ideal for hunting. All hunts on the property are done from comfortable blinds that are located on known traffic areas for the different species that make their home on this outstanding Texas hunting ranch. The very knowledgeable and professional guides are hunters that really know the habits as well as the patterns of the different species on the ranch.

Since the guides are so experienced and the staff at this Texas hunting ranch are fully committed to giving hunters the best hunt possible, they have A 100% success rate. The cost of the hunt includes cleaning and quartering game, making this task much easier for the hunter at the end of the day. Some species of animals are shot only in specific seasons and those are the native Texas species. Game with a set hunting season includes Whitetail bucks, does and Rio Grande Tom Turkeys. All other species including Axis deer, Fallow bucks, Black buck antelope, Russian boars, and wild hogs can be hunted year round.

You will find a warm comfortable bed and all the amenities of home including a washer and dryer. We have a two bedroom cabin with a full bath and full kitchen, and a single bedroom cabin with a full bath, microwave and mini-fridge. Both cabins are equipped with satellite television and telephone to call home and tell the story of your successful hunting experience. Internet connections are also available at the main house.

We have a large cleaning area for your harvest and a comfortable seating area to visit while we carefully process your animal for transport.

The Cochina Ranch is a large South Texas ranch located in LaSalle and Dimmit Counties. These two counties consistently produce some of the largest whitetail bucks in Texas and more Boone and Crockett heads than any other counties in the state of Texas. The ranch is bordered by over 20 miles of the Nueces River. A selective game management program has been in force which has produced a numerous amount of mature trophy bucks. Bucks up to 190 B & C and as wide as 27 inches have been harvested. It is not uncommon to see 18 to 20 bucks per day.

We are located in Pineland, Texas. We have numerous creeks and in some areas the creeks open up to small ponds or tanks, ravines, pines, oaks, wooden areas, and clear-cuts.

We are a family oriented MLD level 3 deer lease that is game managed for Trophy Bucks and large breed deer.

The benefits to you are;

*Your immediate family can all hunt on our lease under your membership for a mere $1,200 a year.  Utilities are available for an additional fee; however you can use generators on our lease as well if you do not want electricity.  Water is available to all members year round.  This past year we dropped 34 deer within two weeks.  You can immediately put out game cameras on our lease to see all the deer that will come into your area. 

The extra benefit to our lease is that you camp out during the summer go over to Lake Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend.

Each cabin sleeps 4 to 5 hunters and all you have to bring is a sleeping bag and your food. We have 10 corn feeders with a box stand and a trypod or ladder stand at each. We feed year round. You will hunt from  box stand, tripod or a ladder stand and ground blinds. Most of our locations have both, a box and tripod are ladder stand and ground blinds as to serve both gun and bow hunters. All of our stands are located at automatic corn feeders . We feed year round.We transport you to and from your stand by 4 wheeler or truck.  Hunters can bring there 4 wheelers.

We offer two rustic cabins that sleeps 2-5 hunters each.They have running water and an kitchenettes with everything you need  for cooking.  They has  indoor toilet and we have added a bath house. The cabins are heated by a wood heaters and the lights come from a generator. You'll need to bring a sleeping bag, food and drinks and a cooler and ice for your cold foods.  We are 16 miles from the nearest store and 30 miles from the nearest Wal-Mart.  We have a BBQ pit for outside cooking.
