Summary:
It is time again to plan your trip to River Ridge for your white bass fishing trip for next spring. The whites will be running. This past season we caught really good on red & chartreuse roadrunners. If action was slow, we tipped the roadrunner with a small piece of crawfish. Most weigh between 2 - 3 lbs. River level was low but fishing was good last season. Sand bass were great. Most days really good with big catches. Looking forward to a great season in 2007. Make your reservations now. White bass have already started to come up the river. By late December or early January if the water conditions permit we should be able to do a few white bass trips. I have a new airboat and we should be able to get to where they are if the river is not too high or extremely low. Late January it should really kick off. If you can come on short notice give me a call for an early trip. Outlaw Adventures Fishing Guide
Summary:
When you go on a fishing trip with guide Morris Alder you will fish for more than one species of fish if you want. Morris knows the lake as good if not better than anyone. On most trips Morris will take you Bass or Crappie catchin up the river (East Fork of the Trinity), then back down to the dam of Ray Hubbard catchin some sandies and hybrids. Morris knows plenty of spots in between to catch catfish as well. Morris has several brush piles on the lake and will be more than happy to show you where they are at. While catchin with Morris you will not even have to get the smell of fish on your hands unless you want your picture taken. He will take the fish off your hook. So, all you have to do is cast and reel them in. For a great time on the water give Morris a call and book a trip. Morris will take you out year round. The only way he will cancel a trip is request by client, too windy and lightening. Remember most trophy fish are caught in the winter months. WebFoot Connection
