Chad Griffin of Cresson, Texas, won the Walmart Bass Fishing League® final Cowboy Division tournament on Lake Texoma Sunday with a two-day 10-bass catch weighing 22 pounds, 5 ounces. The victory earned Griffin $4,110.

The Cowboy Division of the $8 million Walmart Bass Fishing League® will visit Lake Texoma in Denison, Texas, Sept. 19-20 for the final regular-season event. As many as 200 boaters and 200 co-anglers are expected to compete in the Super Tournament including a top award of $9,000 in the Boater Division.

Billy Cline of Grapevine, Texas, won the Walmart Bass Fishing League® Cowboy Division tournament on Lake Texoma Saturday with a five-bass catch weighing 19 pounds, 14 ounces. The victory earned Cline $2,694 and placed him one step closer to qualifying for the DeGray Lake Regional Championship in Arkadelphia, Ark., Oct. 22-24, where he could ultimately win a new Ranger boat and a Chevy truck.

The Cowboy Division of the $8 million Walmart Bass Fishing League® will visit Lake Texoma in Denison, Texas, April 25 for the third of five regular-season events. As many as 200 boaters and 200 co-anglers are expected to compete in the tournament, which will award as much as $45,000 in cash, including a top award of $6,000 in the Boater Division.

Michael Burns of Plano, Texas, and Bassmaster Elite Series pros Rick Clunn of Ava, Missouri, and Jami Fralick of Martin, South Dajita, qualified Saturday for the 2009 Bassmaster Classic through the Bassmaster Central Open circuit.
