Located in Brackettville and Marfa, Texas, our ranches offer outstanding hunts for domestic big game and small game.

The main Ranch consists of 10,000 acres and the other ranch which is only about 10 miles northwest consists of 8,400.  There are five separate guest houses on the ranch that have accommodations in total for up to approximately 35 guests.

There are eight tanks on the property that hold permanent rain water runoff and are supplemented by water well pumpage.  There are also numerous live oak draws throughout the property which are used as roosting areas by resident turkeys. Several irrigated center pivot systems provide additional water which generates forbs, seeds and insects for turkeys and large quantities of deer.

There are approximately 70 comfortable (two-man) deer blinds about 12-15 feet tall on the property. There are about 100 deer feeders that feed corn year round to attract wildlife. Wide open cleared areas through the brush, "senderos", allow our hunters to see plenty of game.

In addition to the first class lodging, meals and amenities, our hunters enjoy first class trophy exotic hunting here on the ADL7 Ranch.  We carry a wide variety of exotics for our hunters to choose from.  We want each and every one of our hunters to leave successful and with that trophy of a lifetime.   We offer both Spot and Stalk hunting as well as Stand hunting.  Any weapon of your choice is welcome as long as it will legally and ethically put down an animal. (MINIMUM CALIBER IS .243 ON RIFLES AND MECHANICAL BROADHEADS ARE WELCOME.)

We have set up our pricing structure to be simple and hunter friendly.  We have set up a DAILY FEE and a TROPHY FEE.  We set it up on a DAILY FEE basis rather than a PACKAGE PRICE due to the fact that a DAILY FEE gives our hunters the freedom to look over the animals and choose a trophy rather than a PACKAGE HUNT where you are after a specific animal.

Our diverse land base makes us unique. We currently offer whitetail deer hunts on 11 different hunting leases or ranches totaling almost 125,000 acres. Our Texas deer hunts take place in several popular deer hunting regions of Texas, including the Brush Country of South Texas, the Hill Country of Central Texas, as well as the Rolling Plains region in Western Texas.

Property sizes for our Texas whitetail deer hunts vary up to 43,000 acres in size. Of the eleven Texas deer hunting leases or ranches we hunt, five are completely enclosed with a high fence which allows for tighter management application. The others are considered free-range type whitetail deer hunts.
