Looking for up to four hunters which will be the total for the ranch. Annual lease. Turkey, deer, wild hogs, free-ranging exotics. Two small springs. Bow and rifle. No livestock. Utility ATV's or jeeps needed for sometimes steep and rocky roads. Nine crank-up feeders and nine two-man blinds are in place.

Summary:

There is a water well at the front of the property, but there is no running water. A large water sistern in front of camp house. Please bring a generator for the cabin (sleeping 10) as there is limited power. Not an annual lease, deer season & Spring Turkey Season. Able to go on ranch 1st weekend of each month in the off season to fill feeders, work on cabin and feeders as necessary. Main roads in good condition but much of terrain is rough and rugged.
