Blackland Outfitters is an independently owned and operated guide service located in northeast Texas, in the city of Bonham. We offer a range of services from dove hunting, varmint/predator hunting, bow fishing, and available upon request, hog hunts and snow goose hunts. We primarily specialize in waterfowl hunting. Blackland Outfitters has a vast range of properties covering several counties in north Texas. They vary from sloughs, wheat fields, corn fields, flooded timber creeks, large and small pools, and flooded bottom land. The areas in north Texas we hunt is located in the heart of the central flyaway, so we generally catch large numbers of waterfowl traffic during migration both ways.

Our large amount and diversification of properties allow for low pressure hunts which increases the chance for our clients to have successful hunts. Our primary focus is to allow our clients to come and hunt with us and enjoy not only the hunt, but also making lasting memories in the duck blind with fellow like-minded hunters who enjoy the heritage of hunting and what it represents. At North Texas Duck Hunts we hunt flooded timber,dead timber, marsh and open water areas of Lake Cooper, Fork and the Red river. Where we shoot limits of mallards ,pintail, teal, wood duck, and wigeon.. Large numbers of mallards use the timber the entire season. Our new 16x48 foot GPS equipped boat is powered by a 23 hp Go-Devil LT and can travel to secluded shallows and heavily timbered areas...

For a old fashioned non rushed hunt call

We are known as North Texas finest waterfowl outfitter. We are located in a small town, Bonham TX.  Its located in North East Texas just 10 miles south of the Red River and about an hour north of Dallas/Fort Worth. We have been hunting North Texas for the last 16 years and have several thousand acres leased. There is always plenty of crop here in North Texas for the birds to feed on. We never hunt the same pool or field two times in one week, this is to keep the bird pressure down allowing a good hunt in the future. We will have two seperate locations set up ready to go for those who choose to hunt more than one morning. We provide all the decoys, blinds, dogs, as needed for that mornings hunt. We use several dozen decoys and a few mojos depending on the wind and area we will be hunting. We use layout blinds, t-post, and hay0bale blinds. Feel free to bring your own calls and feel free to use them. We scout everyday of the week to help the clients get a more sucessful hunt. We try to hunt on Saturday and Sunday just to keep the bird pressure down, but for those who want to hunt during the week we will have a spot ready to go at all times. There is a very nice hotel in Bonham for guest hunting for more than one morning.

Backwater Waterfowl offers fully guided all inclusive waterfowl hunts on the Texas Coastal Prairie and Saskatchwan, Canada.  As well as offering seasonal waterfowl leases on the Texas Prairie.  Our home base for operations is Garwood, Texas.  We own and lease land in Colorado, Wharton, Matagorda, Jackson, and Austin County with Garwood being a convienent central hub.  Our season starts in September offering White-wing dove hunts in Sealy, Texas for the Central Zones.  These are high volume hunts located within 30 minutes of downtown Houston, Texas.  We offer South Zone dove hunts in El Campo, Texas over planted Sunflower and Sesame fields.  We then transistion into Teal Season which is always a fast paced fun hunt.   In late September we move operations to Saskatchewan Canada where we offer all inclusive waterfowl hunts of a lifetime.  Liberal limits and plenty of waterfowl truly make this a bucket list adventure.  We transistion back to Texas in early November when we start out waterfowl season back up in Texas and run through March with the Conservation Order Snow Goose Season.  We are a Full Service Outfitter offering something for everyone.  Our seasonal waterfowl leases consist of seperate groups of hunters leasing the right to hunt seperate pieces of property set aside and not used for guided hunts for the duration of the season.  We are a family business and always have the customer as priority number one.

Waterfowl Outfitters Unlimited is located in Eagle Lake, Texas, known as the "Goose Hunting Capital of the World." The goose hunting in the area has been known for many years as some of the best in the world. A large part of this is due to the thousands of acres of crop land, mainly consisting of rice, which act as wetlands and prime feeding ground for waterfowl.

Every year several hundred acres of land are flooded to serve as holding ponds or rest ponds. These ponds are not hunted allowing hundreds of thousands of geese to roost every night.

Waterfowl Outfitters Unlimited offers goose hunting consisting of snow geese, blue geese, specklebellies, and canadas. Goose hunts take place in rice stubble, soybean, winter grass or plowed fields. A guide is provided along with decoys, dogs, and white parkas, when necessary. Goose hunts take place in the morning only. Duck hunts are also offered. Duck hunts take place on flooded ponds or flats.

Skeet Shooting is also an option for the sportsman who hunts with Waterfowl Outfitters Unlimited. This is a great option after a morning goose hunt.
