Summary: We have been under management for 11 yrs. Protein feed yr round. We have ample water throughout the ranch. We have no more cattle and will be returning to planted food plots this spring. We have excellent roads, mostly new stands and multiple feeders available. We have a lodge that accomodates up to 22 hunters, as well as trailer hookups for privacy. There is a 150 dollar deposit for trailer hookups in addition of lease fees. We are adding hunters for the loss of hunters due to economics. We have an abundance of 130 BC and up class W/T with Axis deer up to 48". We have Sika, Fallow,Turkeys and Feral hogs. We have a close group of hunters and looking for a few more to join us this season. Lease includes hunters fee, electricity, and protein and each hunter responsible for their corn. Fee is $2500.00 per gun w/ Stds and Feeders provided and $2400.00 if you hunt with your own equipment. This is an opportunity to get in on a ranch that has very little turnover with quality animals. Summary:

Once Again, we are one of few ranches that have had very adequate water throughout the year, during this strong drought season of late. We are bordered on the south side by the North Llano River, two solar powered wells and a aquafir that comes through ground that feeds one of our stock tanks year round. We have excellent grazing and cover with a large series of canyons and draws. We have protein fed for the last 10 yrs and selective harvested whitetails and our Axis deer. We have an excellent herd as well as a variety of open range animals, Sika,Axis,Fallow, Rio Grande Turkeys as well as wild hogs. We have a lodge that will accomodate 22 people, trailer hookups. We provide stands and feeders or it is your option to use your own equipment. We are proud of our animals progress and we look forward to sharing a great time this coming season.

I am looking for a few good trophy minded hunters. Meat hunters need not call me. We protein feed year round for the last 10 yrs. We allow familly guests after the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. You are allowed 1 Trophy or Cull Whitetail Buck, 2 Whitetail does, 1 Trophy Axis Buck, 6pt or better Sika Buck, 2 Turkeys, and all the hogs you want. We have a lodge w water and electricity. Summary: I am looking for hunters that are willing to let young bucks walk. I need 6 hunters that will help with work, feeding, etc. You are allowed 1 trophy whitetail buck, 2 w/t does,1 trophy Axis buck, 1 trophy Sika buck, 1 axis doe, 2 turkeys, all the hogs you want.
