Santa Anna Hunting Area (SAHA) is a family run hunting preserve.  Gerry and Eldena Stearns run the day to day operations on the section size preserve (600 plus acres) which include: Pheasant, Chuckar and Quail hunts.

John R. Stearns started Santa Anna Hunting Area in 1986. He realized then that hunting was becoming less and less accessible and that hunting has never been free. The days of the knock on the door "Can I hunt" and the "cheap hunting lease" are gone.

All hunts include: dogs, dog handlers, bird cleaning, packaging and ice. All you'll need is to bring is an ice chest, plenty of shot-shells and a shotgun.  Wish to bring your own dog? We have birds. Call for details.

We have a rancher in Santa Anna, Texas in Coleman County that has a trophy class 9x9 bull elk that needs to be harvested.  They are offerring a great deal to any hunter that would like to put this elk over the fireplace mantle.

Full service guided hunts with world class lodging and meals. All hunters are treated like we would want to be treated. Bow or Rifle hunts available. 

600 acres on the Colorado River available for season dove lease.  Sunflower/dove weed fields, two tanks and large lake.  Excellant bird population.  Excellant facility available for lodging that will sleep up to 12 with fully equiped kitchen, satalite tv and other emities.  Excellant fishing in river or ranch lake included with lease.

840 acre hunting lease located in Coleman County.  Plenty of deer and turkey.  Good cabin.  Land features brush ,milo sunflower and grain fields, and 7 tanks.
