The majority of our hunts happen at our headquarters location.  The species listed below are available there.

If we don't have the animal listed that you're interested in, keep in mind that we also offer locator/hunting services that include several ranches, some of which are not open to  the general public.

Super exotics of  all types and sizes have been harvested by our hunters over several thousands of acres. Bongo to Giraffe to Cape Buffalo, it's in the Texas Hill Country.

Huge common exotics, Blackbuck, Axis & ect. are there in the Texas Hill Country also.

Our goal is to reach the average working person and offer a quality, affordable hunt.  Whether you like to hunt alone, with a group of friends and just want to take your son or daughter on a special trip, we'll work hard to help you make memories that last a lifetime. 

Here’s what UMGS will provide for a year round or seasonal lease:

20 to 25+ Bucks 120 B&C to 180 B&C using MLD Permits.
Does: (amount taken at owner’s recommendation, usually one doe per buck harvested) (Bow or Rife)

Unlimited Hogs: All you can shoot at anytime (Bow or Rifle)

5 Blackbucks: (Bow or Rife)

10 Turkeys: (spring only) (Bow or Rifle)

Dove Hunting: (September Only)

6 Bedroom 5 Bath Lodge. (Sleeps 10 comfortably) The Lodge can be used for meeting, parties and etc.) Lodge is completely furnished with all the linens, towels, gas barbeque, pots and pans. We provide all utilities, electricity, gas, water, etc.

In addition to the Lodge, we have a remodeled older ranch house that sleeps 8 with A/C, heat, Dish Network. This house can be used for overflow if needed.

Cleaning service for the lodge and grounds.

Game cleaning barn with walk-in cooler & freezer.

Outdoor fire pit. (We’ll provide the firewood.)

We provide all feed (protein and corn) and keep all feeders filled. 13 corn feeders to be hunted

13 new hunting blinds. Each blind holds 2 people comfortably.

Miles of roads and trails to explore.

80- 100 acres of wheat fields in large and small areas.

This ranch is truly a “Hunters Paradise”. This hunt will be on a private family owned low fence 15,000 acre working ranch. Located in the legendary South Texas brush country, and sitting in the Golden Triangle, the ranch is less than 20 miles from Eagle Pass,TX.

This ranch continues to be one of the largest working and hunting ranches in the state. A land of unspoiled Texas wilderness producing a multitude of native wildlife such as deer, dove, turkey and quail. This offers our guests a truly authentic first class south Texas hunting experience.

This MANAGEMENT DEER hunt will be a 3-day hunt for 1 buck, 1 doe, 2 hogs, coyote's, bobcat's etc... We will be hunting deer that are 5yrs + & scoring up to 140" B&C.

Management Hunt include; meals and lodging will be in 3 bedroom trailer house on ranch ( Please allow at least 3 days) you can also harvest a doe, coyote, bobcat etc.
