Summary: There is approx. 4000 acres of rolling hills and flats with 2 large draws. There is water, electricity, on the property. The land has not been hunted in 2 years. A few blinds the property owner has on the lease may be used. Several feed pen already up. This lease can take 6 guns during deer season. Lease has a approx 1 Buck to 2 does ratio. Along with this lease you can kill Fall and Spring Dove, Quail, Fall and Spring Turkey, 6 mature bucks 2 of 6 may be Mature Mule deer bucks if seen only in season. (NO MULE DEER, DOES),Rabbits,and Javelina unlimited. Great place to relax and get out away from everyday stress. Lots of game come have fun!! Call for more info.

Summary: This is a fun group of serious hunters. There is an air-conditioned cabin, which is not on the 2800 acres, that is 3 bedrooms for hunters and guests. Our group has a cooler/freezer for cold storage (8x8x16). We have seen some incredible deer and harvested several nice bucks for a low fenced ranch. One is posted in the whitetail deer hunting forum the thread is Nice 17. I have a photo of a nice gobbler we took two springs ago, and have many stories about the lease. This is not a meat lease. We are watching, and have been watching some good bucks, and the hunters who we hunt with would rather shoot a doe than take a small buck that has potential. However almost all of our hunters have witnessed bucks that would score 150 to 170.
