Summary: We have been under management for 11 yrs. Protein feed yr round. We have ample water throughout the ranch. We have no more cattle and will be returning to planted food plots this spring. We have excellent roads, mostly new stands and multiple feeders available. We have a lodge that accomodates up to 22 hunters, as well as trailer hookups for privacy. There is a 150 dollar deposit for trailer hookups in addition of lease fees. We are adding hunters for the loss of hunters due to economics. We have an abundance of 130 BC and up class W/T with Axis deer up to 48". We have Sika, Fallow,Turkeys and Feral hogs. We have a close group of hunters and looking for a few more to join us this season. Lease includes hunters fee, electricity, and protein and each hunter responsible for their corn. Fee is $2500.00 per gun w/ Stds and Feeders provided and $2400.00 if you hunt with your own equipment. This is an opportunity to get in on a ranch that has very little turnover with quality animals. We have continued to improve the genetics and the overall quality of our deer by introducing Northern and South Texas genetics. Our intensive management and feeding program is producing antlers of excellent tine length and mass.

We offer family, corporate and  individual hunting and are working to better accommodate  handicap hunters. We have an on site rifle range and we can provide you with a rifle if needed.
