I then soak and merinate in a gallon size bag with buttermilk over night about 12 16hours.I then tranfer the meat into a new gallon size bag and ad a whole bottle of Italin Zesty dressing. I then cut up onion and jalapenos or bell peppers if you prefer and ad them in the bag as well.Merinate for about 2 days in the frig.You must then freeze the meat in order to cut very thin slices of this delictable stuff, before you saute onions and peppers on a comal,use butter to cook venison season with lemon pepper or creole great.Be advised cooking time is very fast depending on the thickness of the meat.Heat corn or flour tortillas and bang it time.
