Lolly Buck Farm Video

First of all, I d like to mention that I m not an outfitter and I don t book hunts or make money from hunting or my videos in any way. I m just sharing home made videos for fun. Plus, these are free ranging deer, NO FENCES. During the 2010 archery season I followed my buddy around on some of his hunts trying to capture him shooting a mature buck on film. He hunts on an old apple farm that hasn t been worked for several years and has become extremely overgrown... its prime deer habitat. We seen a ton of deer and had a lot of fun so I decided to create a short video clip of our adventures on Lolly Buck farm. DEER VIDEO http www.youtube.com watch v O_cl5xT1GAQ

I heard that the Panhandle of Tx offers some of the best greenhead hunting in Tx. Can anyone verify and or give some general directions for non guided hunts I talk duck......

Waterfowl Hunting on Texas Lakes

Does anyone know the regulations or rules to hunting on a lake in Texas Can you just go scout out an area on a lake and hunt Are there restrictions to what and where you may hunt I have tried to find info on this but all I get is TPWD Public land hunts. I live near a very wooded lake in North Texas and was wanting to begin hunting on it. I was just wanting some information. Thanks for any help.

red hot hunting

Luke Clayton here. I hunt ducks near my home in Combine and have had some of the best hunting in years the past few hunts. It s always good here but lately the gadwall, widgeon, wood ducks and a few mallards have covered us up. I believe the new wetlands on the Rosewood Ranch is a big contributor. Good hunting to everyone and remember to go to www.catfishradio.com and read my weekly newspaper column and listen to our weekly radio show.

Gulf Coast

I was born and raised on the Gulf Coast and there are many hunting opportunities, it really depends on what you got you heart set on, Duck hunting, hog hunting, deer hunting, Geese Hunting, and what price range you are willing to pay If it were me, i would do a cast and blast ducks and reds trout either in Rockport or further down south in the Laguna Madre. But I would not count out researching some great deer or hog hunts on the Guld Coast that can be very special, the South Texas brush is just amazing on some of the coastal areas. And if you don t have any success in the field with a riffle, get out the old fishing pole and try your luck at some fine saltwater species, winter time there can be some great fishing to be had
