This is primarily a duck lease that we have set aside from our regular duck hunting lands located near the town of Telico in the Trinity River Bottoms and is adjacent to the structures where we run our daily hunts. The total area of the lease is 3000 acres, but the season lease is a little over 350 acres. There are plenty of birds, but it is difficult for us to get our clients in there. This is the reason we offer it in this way. Most of the area is all weather access. We have put alot into this area and do very well on ducks, even in lean times. We do not hunt on the season lease land at all as that is for only those that lease it seasonally.
