      <description>COLETO CREEK   Water clear  68 78 degrees  86 degrees at discharge   0.35  low. Black bass are slow. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with live perch and worms. Yellow catfish are good on trotlines baited with perch.   NORTH SABINE   Trout and redfish are in the middle of the lake on glow chartreuse and pearl chartreuse Norton Sand Eels, Trout Killers and Bass Assassins. Trout, sand trout and redfish are fair to good under the birds on plastics and topwaters.   SOUTH SABINE   Trout are fair under the birds on glow chartreuse Sand Eels, Trout Killers and Bass Assassins. Redfish and flounder are good at Sabine Pass on finger mullet and mud minnows.   BOLIVAR   Flounder and redfish are fair to good at Rollover Pass on mud minnows, shrimp and mullet. Trout are fair on the north shoreline on She Dogs, MirrOlures and Corkies.
