The report, four months in the making, boils the investigation down to eight key findings. The British oil giant says tests on the drilling well were incorrectly assessed by BP and its drilling partner, Transocean, and that a key cement job on the drilling well was poorly done. These failures and others led to hydrocarbons running up the well, eventually causing the rig to explode into a massive blow torch. No other vehicle was involved, they were just going to fast in the rain. Bad news is this is the second F250 he has wrecked in a couple of years. It is amazing they walked away.
