ward county new land owner

I just recently bought a 5 acre parcel long rectangle of land in west texas ward county about 100 feet away from the pecos river north of pecos . My fiance and I wanted a place to call home base away from home, so if we hike scout hunt etc we have a place to shower sleep camp, basically just enjoy the outdoors and get away from big city living. With the 5 acres of land I was reading in this site others ideas and suggestions for small acre food plots feeders and water guzzlers. Currenty we have a plan to plant buffalo grass on the far end roughly 3 4 an acre and put a few 250lb capacity ground feeders that we will stock with corn. Also we plan to put in a few salt licks or mineral licks in that are. I m not really to sure if we will need water guzzlers that close to the river but the budget will allow if it actually helps the wildlife.
Got this from a friend today concerning an alert he got along with information on his NRA membership renewal. Look at some of the things Obama is doing that we re not hearing again from the press. No surprise. Get ready for another assault on our second amendment rights can t tell you when its going to come, but rest assured that it is. And, don t believe that the recent SCOTUS ruling will make it a dead issue either. From Wayne LaPierre mailto Wayne_LaPierre.UM.A.2.12060 www.nranews.org Sent Saturday, December 06, 2008 8 10 AM To Subject Post election gun ban alert Alert Alert Alert Dear Fellow NRA Member, In the next few days, you ll receive your new NRA membership card. The moment you receive it, I urge you to validate your new membership card as soon as possible. More than ever, we need you to stand with NRA and fight to save our Second Amendment freedoms.
I have read much of this forum and I simply can t believe what I have been reading. You are all murderers. These poor, poor animals. What would you brave men do if these poor defenseless creatures carried guns and shot back You big Momma s boys would run for cover and never, ever go back into the woods.
