I am with you on that David, however I don t have any idea what the breed deer are fed or injecter with to make HIM 1 class. But again to be fair, to each their own. We pay for our lease and it is a good one with great guys. We hunt for the pleasure of gettin out of town, settin around the old camp fire and tellin LIES about the monster that got away. To me it won t get me a 1 or 1,000 but it cost less I enjoy it and those sun rise and sun set are priceless along with laughin at the other guy who missed ol mossy horn again settin around the camp fire over a cold one. Can t be beat.

I opened gate and drove thru was gettin out to close gate and looked across hwy and he and 2 does were stand in middle of ranch road 75 yrds from me. Wife asked me if he was the one I was lookin for go think allways where he is safe.

Yep Depending on the amount of acerage of course. We have a lease that is 6215 acres w 13 Hunters our cost is 1900.00 per gun. This does not include your feed. feed usualy runs about 500.00 per hunter each year. Then of course you have camp cost all other cost that it entails. Good Luck on your quest. Hope you find something.

I share the same concern, this year a first year hunter stopped by our camp on his way out with a good buck. The only thing everyone was concerned with was the antlers of course. He asked where do I take it to have it stuffed The deer was stiff as a board and he had not field dressed it.This man learned to hunt watching high amplitude hunting shows that never value the experience or show what happens after the shot.Have you ever seen a hunting show that shows you how to butcher an animal

Hello Cody, I guess you could call us neighbors. Me and my buddy own the tract in the draw behind you that is in Myers Canyon tract 59. You must have bought you tract from the Salomon s. I know they had it up for sale. They told me that they killed alot of deer on that tract of land. We have owned our property little over a year. I saw 1 mule deer last year and the owner of tract 7 shot a big mulie last year. There are more whitetail than mulies out there. This year there seems to be alot more hunters than last year and the bucks are pretty much moving at night. We had our chance on opening day by catching them off guard. Missed a 10 and 8 pointer. The only issue that I have is that the Game Warden goes by almost every weekend we our there checking the camp site which you would think after a year he would get to know you. Also last weekend Border Patrol was out flying there helicopter down the draw and in Myers Canyon for a few hours which really ruined our weekend hunt so we packed...
