There are some great opertunities to harvest mature deer,turkeys and abundant small game. Hunting pressure has been the key to most of my sucess on public land hunting. It all depends on the time and effort that one wants to put into hunting unpressured areas. And u add into the mix the animals keen senses and it can be tough. My best deer to date came off of public land in Shelby county 137in eight point with a 19 7 8 spread and numerous other buck lessor than that but for me its not the number of point or the score but to out witt a mature buck or smart longbeard in the pineywoods of East TX has way more value. I have only had this camper for one year and it has been great for what I needed. Water works in sink and toilet, but shower is not working due to a leak in the hose. It could be repaired if you wanted to use the shower. Has new window unit A C that was just installed last August. I just used a small space heater in the winter. I built a new bed and replaced cushions. We installed carpet and painted the camper hunter green. I sealed up the roof last year but there has developed a small leak at the front vent. Probably just needs a little more silicone up top. There is a bunk bed, but I never used it. Camper would be ideal for two people. Trailer will come with the below items. Asking 950 OBO.
