Diet will have something to do with wear on the teeth but from what I can see from the pic I would say in the 4 1/2 year range. Pics are always hard to tell anything.

8+ Based on his tooth wear.  One may not age him that old based on the still shot that you have but that is an old deer past his prime.

My first thoughts, not having had the jaw in hand, was 7.5+.  After having seen hundreds of jaws from this lease over the last 11 years, I believe he was 8.5.  Fourth molar is almost gone, and wear on 5th molar looks like a 6.5 to 7.5 year old 4th molar should.

I see a big difference in deer that live in sandy, gritty soil areas versus black lands or loamy soils....add a year if sandy...
