What exactly is the ingredient in fence that grows big antlers? Just curious.
Its not what's in the high fence...its what's behind the high fence :)
Tickles the hell out of me that while all the guys out there are worried about whether a deer is inside or outside a fence, folks are just letting pen raised hand fed pets out into the "wild" and just killing them left and right. But all you have to say is that it was low fence and everyone just assumes its all good.
A high fence is a tool...nothing more. It's how a man uses it. The abuse is there with or without it and to simply make a "high fence" comment about a deer is extremely ignorant.
If your hunting behind a tall fence it changes the house odds into your favor takes the sport out of it and drives the price up for regular Joe's because you "Sell by the inch". Too each his own..I prefer the old fashion way. High fences have made Texas deer hunting a buisness...No fun if its buisness...
stereotyping...throwing everyone into the same "pot" if you will and just pure inaccuracy in everything you just stated blocke.
Piss poor ignorance!
Look partner Im not trying to knock your High fence its just not for me. My opinion may be somewhat uninformed but I know enough and have seen enough to know deer act diffently behind a fence as well do hunters. Years ago when this site started it was pictures of fathers and sons showing off momments in time when nothing could be sweeter than the trophy they were holding in their hand no matter what the score or age and now try and find one in betwwen all the adds for Campos Vejeos or what ever. I dont like thinking someday my son will be forced to hunt behind a high fence with his son because Whitetails have become a commodity locked in a zoo. And keep the commercials to yourself.
All of you that speak of hunting in a hight fence as easy, try a 10,000 acre high fence hunt, im sure it's no different except you can manage your herd. Any of you that say you wouldnt shoot a deer like that from a 10,000 acre fence are liars. As for the pic it's a 3 yr old breeder buck that was getting moved to a doe pen. He is sedated only because for me as a hunter "wind in my face and fair chase" are my rules. And why not help take care of you family with resources GOD has provided us?? If you lived in Webb County and had the economy and hard life alot of people there have, then you might understand. Since you dont live in their shoes why judge? You sound like old women. I dont like game fences either, but I once had a lease that was 200 acres. The guys around me showed me pics of the nubbers, two, and three year olds that were killed. Dumbasses that shoot everything are the problems. People spend alot of money on foodplots and feed only to have some dipshit shoot them before the reach their genetic potential. I see both sides. I wont hunt high fence but I am smart enough to understand it. I only put the pic up to show what pure texas genetics can produce with protein and management. Not my deer, just a friends.... By the way who of you that commented fishes from a stock tank? Stupid Hypocritical A-holes!!!!!!! LMAO!
Oh and this pic is 100% low fence fair chase pope and yound whitetail!!!! How many of you that commented before you asked if the deer was alive can actually hunt well enough to outsmart a deer and take it with a bow? Because if you ask me.... Shooting a deer at 100 yrds is chicken shit unfair hunting too... Im cancelling my membership because I dont want to be associated with uneducated hypocritical fat asses!!! LMAO... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
Thank you for leaving! Go stroke your ego elsewhere.
Actually no ego, just pisses me off when people are dishonest. LOL
Thought you were canceling your membership?
Waiting for your wife to "stroke my ego" LMAO...
Nice......Go feed your deer some cookies
Hehe, my wife wanted to thank you for a good giggle....and to let you know that these feelings of inadequecy you are experiencing will diminish with age, in most cases anyway.
