Havana, FL.  November 1976.  8 years old.

I remember we slipped up to a food plot and saw this buck.  Shot him laying on my belly using my Dad's arms for support. 

Would love to tell you that I shot that old Ruger M77 6mm true, but fact is I missed where I was aiming by just a little and broke his back. 

Didn't phase me any...I was hooked for life.
