Can't tell a lot from the picture, but if I had to guess 4.5 YO, maybe a little older with that nose and head.  You might let him go another year or so if he's got the type of rack you'd like in your herd (120-130 10 point?).  Two cents worth anyway.

4.5-5.5.  The neck is meeting the chest, Short legs, nose to head and muscle defination in the hind quarter.  That pict is from last year. So this year i would blast him.  My two cents
