New World Record Elk
Category: Native Animal I am told... This Elk was killed with a bow in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. He green scored 575" and should net out at about 530" non typical. He has an unbelievable outside spread of 79". This is the biggest bull ever taken with any weapon.

It was an high-fenced elk........it escaped from the high fence and well it met up with the hunters.......

i dont know if the story is true im just here to pass it on, my brother  and i went into a backhoe service looking to rent a backhoe for the day, well the man that rents em out want ther but another gentleman tried to sell us one, when we walked into his officfe we saw this exact pic on the wall. he said one of these men was his son or step son, not too sure, and the other was a friend of his. well these two decided to buy the elk and smuggle it from canda intot the US and pass it off as if it was taken on gevernment land, well after blood was taken from the elk these boys we charged for fraud...
