The fees comtinue to rise, but not badly in my opinion. I'm glad to pay them, knowing what the revenue goes for.

Looks like hunter numbers have stayed relatively flat over the last 10 years.  I wonder if this includes the lifetime licenses sold?  Can't remember when they started doing that...if not, could that have caused the drop in '97?
