Only had one chance to go offshore this spring while in Florida, but we made it a good one.  Headed out of Destin with good friend and annual deer hunting buddy Chuck Turbanic aboard the "No Alibi".

Great trip aboard a great boat.  We caught 10 grouper weighing between 15 & 25 lbs. as well as several smaller grouper, scamp & amberjack.  Unfortunately the snapper season hadn't opened, but we had fun pulling a few up anyway.

Those are some really good fish. I wish I had some of that grouper meat. Without question, my favorite fish to eat.

it was an awesome day and not too hot, but after bringing a few of those big boys up from the deep, it was nice to duck inside an a/c filled cabin between holes.
