I am a very active outdoorsman and land "nut" whose education and experiences have somehow landed me in the fast paced, sometimes heart-breaking, but rewarding field of ranch and land brokerage.  I have been very fortunate over the past years to have learned under and worked very closely beside some of the best real estate minds in South and Central Texas in several aspects including valuation consulting, development feasibility, court related trial preparation and testimony, land marketing and brokerage.  I continue to learn every day and I am continually amazed by the people I meet and become friends with, the ranches across the state I am lucky enough to tour, and the vast amount of land stewards out there who are willing to share their experiences and knowledge with those who are eager to learn and who are willing to listen. 

Something I have wanted to do for a long while now is to take time every now and then to write a journal about my adventures which chronicles the various ranches we are involved with and the great people we meet along the way.  I am very fortunate in that I travel the state and am able to see many different ranch holdings in different regions with each having different management and wildlife practices in place.  This is my way of being able to share my world with others and hopefully share some new knowledge and stories with everyone else.  Thank you for joining me and I look forward to sharing details about some of the great ranches we see, pictures of the land and wildlife, stories about the characters and friends we meet, and some insight to the good and bad times of the real estate world.
