It was an incredible year here in south Texas.  Our ranch took off and we were able to finally start our commercial operation.  I guided on several unbelievable ranches again including El Cazador and Tecomate and we took some beautiful animals.

Still, the overwhelming highlight of the season was Dad taking his largest whitetail and our first trophy.  He's been posted on here before, but this is a different view.  Gross over 182 and nets typical over 171. 

A lot of hard work, time and definitely money went into our place, but it is paying off now and I hope there are many more moments like this to come.
