Been involved in the outdoors all my life. Haved loved to fish and hunt as long as I can remember. Raised my kids the same way, although my Daughter seems to like boat riding more than fishng, and forget about hunting. She is a girlly girl.

My dream was to someday be in the tackle business, and a year ago I realized my dream and opend my own business. What a ride that's been, but we'll talk more about that later.

I spend most of my time on Ray Roberts Lake, TX when I wet a line. My fishing partners are usually my wife or one of the kids now 25, aand 23 (boy and girl). My son came back from Afghanistan, and somewhere he learned how to fish better than the Ol'Man. Oh well, that's the way it goes, and I guess the way any parent wants it.

I'll be checking in from time to time. Hoping to meet some folks here, and talk some fun outdoors.
